Shipping & returns


Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States with a purchase of $120 or more. Order must total $120 after all discounts or promotions are applied. Some items are not eligible for free freight. On these occasions, we will note it on the product's page.


There is a $8 flat rate standard shipping within the contiguous United States for orders under 5lbs. For orders that are above 5lbs, the flat rate standard shipping is $12. We operate with UPS or USPS Standard Mail (3-5 business days) depending on the size of the order. 

Please choose Express Shipping at checkout to receive your order within 1-3 business days for guaranteed delivery dates. The flat rate for Express Shipping is $12.


International shipping rate is a flat rate of $35.


We offer free local delivery in the Brooklyn area with zipcode 11231. When checking out, choose pick up as you shipping method.


Merci Bisous does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Please check that the shipping address you enter is correct. Returned items due to an incorrect address provided will be the customer's responsibility for re-ship charges.


While we will always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you on time,
Merci Bisous is not responsible for missing or lost packages due to courier error. However, we will work as hard as we can with you to recover the box and file the necessary claims. You must initiate the request within 14 days of the ship date.


Whether you order for your family or make a present to a lucky little one, our packaging is always delicate and pleasant to open. Complimentary gift wrapping is also free, when checking out, check the box “is it a gift?” If you want to include a little note to the package, just mention it in the additional comments section and we will add the message on your behalf.  


You have 14 days to return any of the products that you have purchased starting at the date of receiving your package.

We will not accept the return of any product that is not in the conditioned as shipped (not been used, washed, damaged, etc) and must still be labeled. Additionally, swimwear, candles, umbrellas and items marked as last chance products are non-returnable. We understand that packages can be damaged during shipping and the shipping cost always include an insurance to help you get a refund or a new item. This will be possible only if you provide the following 4 photos: 

  • Damaged merchandise inside the box
  • Damaged item outside of the box
  • Top and 2 sides of the box
  • Bottom and the opposite sides of the box 

The delivery shipping costs and the return costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns with unpaid customs charges, shipping costs or any additional fees will not be accepted.

If we made a mistake regarding your order, we will assume the shipping costs.

We will refund the amount of the returned goods as quickly as possible and at the latest within 14 days following receipt of proof of return (receipt for the postage of a tracked parcel, stamped and dated by the post office) of the parcel addressed to us or receipt of the parcel by us (the first of these two dates prevailing).
